Classical bourgeois appartment was converted into contemporary loft for a user with modern life style and rich social life. The skeletal structure of the dukicevi bloki building enabled us to convert the original apartment with two bedrooms, living room and a separated kitchen into a single open space. The sleeping quarters and the bathroom are separated from social spaces by oblong service block. The service block conceals the vertical storage, and houses utility room, fireplace, part of the second bathroom, large closet, kitchenette, and air-conditioning system.
